Our practice believes nearly all children benefit from the recommended vaccines according to the guidelines provided by the AAP and the CDC. However, we do recognize that some parents have concerns about the safety of vaccines for their children. There are many websites that present information that is both unscientific and unsubstantiated, and that, in our opinion, preys on the fears and vulnerabilities of parents. We are always willing to review studies or websites with you and will be glad to go through the data together.
Our medical team believes in the benefit of immunizations and hopes if you have hesitancy or concerns about vaccinating your child(ren), you will schedule a visit to discuss your concerns. We are here to provide education and quality information to help you make an informed decision on behalf of your child. We are happy to discuss your concerns about vaccines for your child.
